It’s a great first stepper! I’ve had it for nearly 2 months, I get a great workout in daily for about 30-45 minutes. I’ve noticed it’s been noticeably louder and squeekier. Which isn’t a big deal but I’ve tried to lube it and everything and it doesn’t seem to help. Other than that it’s a great machine for beginners. I will be investing in a better one though!

I am very surprised how well this works. It is a good workout. I do 200 steps in the morning & another 200 in the evening 5 days a week & my legs are sore after. It counts every other step on the counter(which I do find a bit weird) You can’t changed the tension but you can change how big you want your steps. I don’t use the bangs that come with it because I have hand weighs. I do recommend

Let’s be brutally honest, this is a great product. If you don’t like this stepper, it might be more of a you thing. There is something for everyone when it comes to this mini stepper. If you have bad balance you can hold on to a chair in front of you or use walking sticks. If you use it in a normal upright position it gives you a great cardio workout. If you want to target specific leg muscles, you can lean more forward and push down with your heels to target your glutes. You can stand on it facing backwards and push down more with your toes to target your calves. You can add a weight vest to burn more calories and you can incorporate dumbbells for upper body. I absolutely love how the tracker does not reset unless you reset it manually, so if you want to split your workout throughout the day while still keeping track of total calories burned you can. Some reviewers have made mention of a thumping sound, if you read the manual it addresses that on the first two pages. It is recommended to not use the machine more than 15 minutes at a time because the hydraulic pumps under the steps will start to heat up. Once they get hot that’s when you get that thumping sound. Now don’t think that you can’t use this machine for more than 15 minutes at a time, that’s just the manufacturer warning. And to anyone who is curious, I am female 32 and I weigh 130 lb.

I had a great mini stepper before that lasted me over 10 years so I was hesitant to order this at first as I knew what I wanted in a step machine. Verdict: great buy. I recommend. Lightweight n love the adjustable step for different tension. Compact, portable & does its job! Starting to see mini muscles on my biceps from the hand cords lol. Only downside is the digital counter… as most other reviews, can’t pause or restart. Or maybe it’s just me that hasn’t figured it out yet.

La máquina por el precio está muy bien, lo único que debo decir es que de un momento a otro el contador de tiempo y calorias dejó de funcionar.

I keep this by my desk and get up and do steps every half hour. I love having the option to do an arm workout at the same time. We have had the product for months now and it is holding up great, excellent quality. The movement is rather stiff at first each time, but it loosens up as you go along. Not a problem, though.

I brought mine to work to use at my desk. It is super easy to put together and easy to use. If you are looking for a good stepper, I highly recommend this one!

I bought this for it’s compact size, and its elliptical like qualities for bad knees. Now my boyfriend is using it instead of his underdesk treadmill because it’s so much quieter and smaller! This really does work, I don’t even miss the cardio at the gym with all the people. It doesn’t take up hardly any floorspace, it would be a little better if it had a higher range of motion, but no complaints for the price honestly.

I ordered this a week ago and I’ve already used it 4 times. I’m 6’ tall and average build. I was worried my balance (or lack of it) would be an issue but it’s easy to get the hang of it.The first time I used it I thought it was really easy at first – how could this possibly be a workout!? By minute 5 I was on fire. It’s definitely a workout! I like to use the stepper for 10-15 minutes then lift weights for 10 minutes and repeat that cycle twice for a 50-60 minute workout.I knew this would be good for my legs but where I can really feel the workout is the sides of my torso! Wasn’t expecting that but it’s a nice perk.

I work in an office where I for the most part sit at my desk for 9 hours. Standing at my desk wasn’t enough and trying to meet 9k steps a day in an office environment was not happening. We currently have the pedal bike style equipment that goes under the desk but I’m 5’2” and can’t sit up right enough to pedal without the wheels of my chair getting in the way. I purchased a kitchen timer, jump on Sunny every 30 mts or so and set my timer for 60 seconds. It gets my heart rate up enough that I have to turn my little desk fan on when i sit back down! So far -it is helping me reach my movement/step goals for the day.

It’s a nice piece of equipment to have around. It gets your heart rate up. My only issue with it is…even turned to the easiest setting it’s too much for my mom. She had open heart surgery and has to take things slow right now. This will not work for her right now. I like it and hope it holds up. Great for any of you with small spaces.

Customer support for the product is not responsive at all, so forget it if you need any help. Overall, the product seems well made and compact enough to slide under my bed. I like that it has a calorie counter on it. When setting it up, the knob has to be turned fairly hard to complete set up. Feels like you’ll break it, but eventually the wheel tightens for use.

Ever want to prove to the gym bros that your quad game is on point? Looking to build up muscle to take on the House of Wind stair challenge (looking at you booktok girlies)? Just want to feel the pain that even the fires of hell couldn’t bring to your lower body? Then look no further! This stepper is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend it enough. On a random Tuesday in February while scrolling through deals on Amazon I found this bad boy. In an effort to become more physically fit, due to a fairly seditary life style with work from home, I figured why not. “It’s only 70 bucks, that is a reasonable investment over a $400 home treadmill and cheaper then a gym membership” I told myself.Strapped with nothing but the purchase power of a millennial and enough spit to prove I can indeed meet my 7,500 step goal everyday I placed my order. Shipping was speedy and arrived just a few days later. With the exception of the resistance bands everything came pre assembled and was ready to use straight out of the box. With the same excitement as a kid on Christmas I torn into the box and got all set up for my first trial run. It did not disappoint. After 10 seconds I got my rhythm down. After 30 seconds I started to feel the burn. After a 2 minutes I started to get our if breathe. After 3 minutes I had to concluded that this if I kept going I could power a small electronic from the sheer heat my quads were producing. All in all I couldn’t recommend this product enough.

Since the lock-down, despite being an introvert, I never stayed at home this much! In the beginning, I began taking regular jogs around my neighborhood and all was going pretty well except I experienced runner’s knees for the first time (was in so much pain for an entire month), still suffered through shin splints and weak ankles despite purchasing compression sleeves . This was all in March–May. Towards the beginning of June though, I had to stop going outside because my neighborhood stopped practicing social distancing and wearing masks. For the sake of my mental health as well as physical (prediabetic and high cholesterol) I looked into a mini stepper. This was the only one that got high reviews and the price is fantastic! (I did look into small, portable treadmills but all were very pricey and not in my budget) When my stepper came, I was overjoyed that absolutely no assembly is required! It just slides out of the box (I kept the box in case it broke as some reviewers have stated happening)The first time using it, I could barely last 1 minute and only 3-5 arm lifts with the resistance band! So I put together a plan and started small: Three sets of 30 sec on the stepper with 1 minute resting periods in between. After a few days I was able to increase my time and pace. My set goal was to step for at least 30 min (doc ordered for me to walk everyday for 30 min but no way am I going outside!). Truthfully, I didn’t remain consistent at first and did the stepper here and there. It wasn’t until the last 2 weeks of July that I finally began to discipline myself well enough to get on the stepper every day. Today, I am on the stepper EVERY NIGHT for MORE than 1 HOUR! I burn 500 calories (dropped 4lbs in 5 days!–like many others, I gained some weight during this pandemic). The photos I attached show my current progress.*I highly recommend watching your favorite show or movie while using the stepper. Now, I look forward to using this machine because I get to pick out a movie (action movies have proven to be very effective as my pace increases during intense scenes). It also helped my insomnia (I stay up until 4 a.m. and get up at 7-8 a.m.) This stepper has helped me relax so much! I get completely drained and I love it!With the resistance bands, this stepper definitely is an entire body workout and great cardio!! My heart rate goes up and I break out in sweat (it takes a lot for me to sweat so this certainly impressed me). It almost feels like a HIIT workout since I start off slow and then increase my pace before slowing down and then increasing again. This repeats for an entire hour.I have started experiencing occasional squeaks (sometimes it doesn’t squeak at all) but thankfully a reviewer recommended purchasing “3 in 1 oil” here.I HIGHLY recommend this stepper. It is a God-send! Especially since gyms have re-closed plus, I don’t have to run outside in 102 degree weather, surrounded by idiots who still think the virus is a hoax. I can comfortably step inside with the A.C. I love that I can step anytime like at night when I can’t sleep.***Comes with battery already installed and an extra one!UPDATE: Sept. 29When I first got this stepper, I weighed 128lb. Now I’m 118lb. *When I eat high carb food, I do take a white kidney bean supplement (phytoral) which boosts your metabolism and blocks carbs.

Its small enough to keep at your office and is a great way to add blood flow and get in short workouts during the day! Really good burn for your legs, I do 200 steps four times during the work day and I feel great. For that one person who wrote that top critical review about being slippery- you either were trying to use the machine in silk socks or they changed the surface because even in casual shoes it is not slippery at all.

So, getting older in life, and still have a very sedentary desk job and the effects are starting to show on my health. Not good! So, a bit of research has told me that getting active in any form adds up over the day, and, while I started clocking myself to get up and move around throughout the day, I wanted to do more than just do a few stretches. Began looking online for options, and found this gem!I now have it in my office, and, I also purchased a Garmin Vivofit 4, to keep track of my steps and activity throughout my days, to get a sense of how much I’m doing, or not doing, and when I need to be more active to reach my goals. This handy stair stepper is exactly what I wanted — something small that easily fits in my office space, that is rigorous enough to get my heart pumping, but not so extreme that I need to take a shower afterwards or swap out my work attire for gym clothes. This is most basic — two pedals, and a cord that goes around a tension wheel, just stand on it, and start stepping. Also has two light resistance fitness bands, so you can work out your arms in any way you choose. I was so out of shape that I had to back off the tension entirely, and just stepping while using the bands, for half a minute got me breathing hard! Sad, I know! It does have a little computer on it that keeps track of things, but, since it is rather limited and is down on the floor with the stepper, and not really so practical, I just use my fitness tracker to show my progress during use.Happy to say I have started dieting as well, plus using my Bowflex at home for something other than a clothes rack, and, with this device at work, I’ve already lost a few pounds in just a few weeks, so life is going in a better direction! And, already have ratcheted up the tension setting, from when I started, so I’m getting in slightly better shape already, after just a few weeks. Small gains, but good gains. With the amount of time I work, and the amount of work I need to get through, I really needed something I could fit into my existing life, and that’s what I love about this. I don’t have the time or funds to go get a gym membership or suddenly take up running or biking or something, so I needed a machine that I could integrate into my current schedule, and this is it!My Vivofit 4 has an activity alarm, so, when I’ve been at the desk too long, my wrist device beeps at me, and I get up, get on my stepper, and start stepping, doing my first half with the resistance bands, and then the next half without, since I’m still too out of shape to do justice to this device, but I take it as a good sign that it gets my heart pumping and my legs get a good burn. In other words, it is an effective little workout machine. When I’ve been active long enough, my Vivofit beeps again, telling me I’ve been a good boy and burned some calories, and I see my step count for the day has risen, and so I can go back to work again. While my sad state of fitness was shocking, in how quickly I was winded, the good news is that, a few weeks into use, my times on it are getting longer, so it is definitely building endurance, and, while I am not managing to also take a needed walk around my neighborhood every day after work, I find that, when I do, my uphill stints are already becoming easier. So, in other words, I’m seeing progress! To me, many fitness endeavors fail because they are not maintained — often because the goal just does not fit into reality. This stepper, however, is easy to use, easy to remember to use, stares at me every day, gives me a sense of progress and is making me feel better, so it is a fitness tool that works for me, which means I will use it. The best fitness regime on earth is useless, after all, if we are not doing it. I needed something I could use, every day, starting small and working forward. I’ve even scaled back my Bowflex goals to, again, be realistic in what I will do, rather than make great plans about what I wind up not doing, so this has helped me to just get on a better track, overall, in terms of my health. This seems well built, and I have no reason to think it won’t last. And, at fifty bucks, even if it broke down in a year, I’d buy another. Very affordable versus the cost of poor health! If, like me, it’s hard to work a grand fitness scheme into your life, or you’re just getting started on a fitness plan, I think this is an ideal tool. I look forward to the day when I can step for much longer periods than a few minutes at a time, but the great thing is that, over the course of a day, this is helping me build some real health betterment into my life. The most recent studies are showing that periodic fitness adds up to being as effective as dedicated periods of exercise, so this really is a terrific answer for me. Life is not interrupted, and my health is being addressed, which has given me a routine I like, and that I can maintain. Plus, with seeing real progress in losing weight, no, it’s not an overnight sensation, but, again, over time, I am getting healthier, and a few pounds every few weeks adds up over time, to the goal of getting off these extra twenty pounds that are loading me down and impacting my health. For me, this is literally a life saver!Very thankful for this purchase. Highly recommend!

I really like this machine a lot it’s help me get some exercise in the only thing I wish is that if it was quiet I have hard wood floors and it makes a lot of noise on the floor but other than that it’s really good.

I bought this looking for something to do for a short period of time to get more exercise in addition to walking the dog for an hour or so each day. The mini stepper has turned out to be a great option. It is made even better by the many Sunny workouts you can find on YouTube, which can range from 15 to 30 minutes. They have a number of different trainers leading the workouts to it’s easy to find one to fit what is comfortable to you. They can be watched on your smart TV, iPad, computer or telephone. I definitely recommend this product. The one downside is that you have to be careful not to lose your balance and risk falling of the stepper.

By Very Unpopular DemandSpitz’s Highly Not Sought After,Top Ten Unsolicited Tips on the Mini Stepper1. LOSSEN THE WHEELa. Loosen the wheel under the stepper as much as possible. It will still be plenty hard to exercise for the foreseeable future.2. STEP HALF WAY DOWNa. In the beginning until your leg muscles strengthen, step about half way down.3. 2000 STEPSa. If you step half way down, you can step about 2000 steps in 20 minutes4. 6 POP SONGS FROM THE 70’Sa. On Pandora, 2000 steps all the way down will equal about 6 pop rock songs from the 70’s (in the Stevie Wonder Genre). I have done this a bunch of times and 6 songs is pretty darn gone reliable.b. I cannot and will not however vouch for the songs from the 80s. I tell people who want to listen to 80’s music, I cannot help you. You are on your own. Good luck..5. 1000 STEPS IF YOU GO ALL THE WAY DOWNa. If you step all the way down, this will cut your steps to about 1000 steps but it will still span across 6 pop rock songs from the 70’s because the songs are a function of time not steps.b. Pretty stupid point, but a point nonetheless.6. VARY ARM MOVEMENTSa. Vary you types of arm movements so you do not build up lactic acid and it does not become drudgery:i. Arm curlsii. Reverse arm curlsiii. Pulling straight upiv. Arms out to the sidev. Arms behind you ( the easiest one and good for a quasi-rest)vi. Also try doing the above movements one arm at a time as well as1. Bring your right hand to your left shoulder (and vice a versa)2. Bring you right hand one foot in front of your left shoulder.b. Bottom line: change or stop arm movement if lactic acid builds up. On the other hand, if you start hallucinating, that is fine. Not only fine but a peak experience.7. COORDINATIONa. So you don’t get the feeling that you are flailing about, I like to coordinate the top of my arm movements with my right foot hitting the bottom of its stride.b. On the other hand , if you like to flail – flailing is indeed often underrated and misunderstood – then ignore this advice.c. Of course you have might chosen to already ignore all my advice and it might be a small miracle if you made it this far.8. COUNTING PATTERNSa. Patternsi. If I am counting to 1000 full steps, then I like to divide it into 4 sets of 250.ii. The I like to lay down tracks by counting to 37 steps for each set.iii. Then I like to take the “head” off of each 250 set and I will count from 190 to 250 4xiv. Then I might count to 37 from 200 to 237 4x and then 67 to 100 4x.v. And on and on like this creating and counting new subsets. It keeps me engaged and amazingly it matches the clock pretty darn close when all my subsets add up to 1000b. Backwards will make forward progress easieri. I also find that psychologically and somehow even physically easier to count backwards than forward, so in lots of my subsets I am counting backwards.c. Seek Helpi. If you find this interesting or worse yet actually following any of this, seek help as soon as possible.9. SMOKING:a. I don’t recommend smoking but if you do smoke, I recommend not smoking while on the mini stepper, unless of course you are making a You Tube Video and you need clicks..b. Then I not only highly recommend it but I request that you tell me if you do because I would like to watch it.10. WALKING YOUR DOGa. The question often comes up is it safe to walk your dog while on the mini stepper?b. You can try it, but eventually your dog will realize that he has not gone anywhere and it could lead to break down in trust.
